William
R. Brough - Board Certified Professional Ergonomist
Bill Brough lectures throughout North America, and has published several papers and four
books in the field of ergonomics. Government agencies, universities and Fortune 500
companies are currently using his materials. He has also been awarded Canadian and United
States patents for creative ideas in the field of ergonomics.
Mr. Brough has over 27 years of engineering
design work and a wealth of practical experience. His work has ranged from the design of
military and commercial aircraft cockpit controls to operator workstations for a full
range of industries. Currently he is the president of Washington Ergonomics, a consulting
firm, which provides services to a variety of businesses throughout the United States,
Mexico and Canada.
Mr. Brough is both a Certified Industrial
Ergonomist and a Board Certified Professional Ergonomist. He also holds a degree in
Industrial Design from the School of Architecture at Auburn University. Mr. Brough has
completed work in Ergonomics, Human Factors and Biomechanics at the University of Michigan
and Harvard University School of Public Health. |
