By removing or adding database
filters, the reports can be customized to present any desired
data. The screen below shows a global report identifying the
average score followed by the number of evaluations conducted
and the range of upper and lower scores.
Reports
can be e-mailed from one manager to another. Because the reports
are dynamic each manager may query the specific data that is of
the greatest interest to them.
