The
row on the top displays the database filters in use; in this case
the employee name, company, location, and department. The
section to the right shows the scores for each risk factor. The
user has also completed several evaluations, and the scores for
each job are displayed to the left. The data can be easily sorted to create a
customized report by clicking on any blue word in the report.
