The user selects his/her name, and
then selects from a list of identifiers such as business unit,
location, and/or department. The titles and the number of
these identifiers are customized for each organization. The
job evaluation tools allow the user to evaluate tasks
involving lifting, hands and arms, or computers.
“Judy” instructs the user to
begin evaluating a “Lifting” task by clicking on the word
“Weight.”
